Much respect to the legendary tattoo artist Boog Star for stopping by the shop the other day. Even more respect to all the weight this man has lost from quality eating and a healthier lifestyle. On Wednesday, Dec 30th, we teamed up with the good people at Gillette and TheUrbanDaily for “The G-List”, an event celebrating style and influence of Black men and tastemakers from all walks of life. The private event kicked off at the shop for our VIPs, then moved over to the Thompson Hotel’s Above Allen lounge, with an open bar and DJ D-Nice on the one’s and two’s. FCS brought in a barber chair to the party, for those who needed a quick shape-up. Guests included downtown personalities such as Alex Corporan, 77Klash, Michael Cohen, Charlamagne Tha God, Datwon Thomas, Nigel Talley, DJ Soul, MarLen Diaz and many more. See full coverage here.
